Alecia Delaney Baker is the founder of The Aesthetics Society and serves as an Aesthetics Nurse Injector, boasting over a decade of experience in the industry. Over ten years ago, Alecia envisioned creating the most exclusive setting for wellness and cosmetic needs. She is celebrated for her artistry in enhancing facial features and beauty, with a specialization in high-quality non-surgical facial cosmetic injections. Her background in plastic surgery and total wellness provides a solid foundation for her work.

Alecia’s expertise encompasses all injectable portfolios, where she seamlessly combines art and science to create stunning results. She has completed the rigorous requirements to become a Certified Aesthetics Nurse Specialist, and has gained proficiency in numerous combination laser treatments. Her commitment to offering premium patient care drives her passion for ongoing education in the dynamic field of medical aesthetics.

Since achieving her Aesthetics license in 2005, Alecia has focused on building a career in Medical Aesthetics. She is recognized nationally as an Advanced Injectable Trainer for multiple companies, standing at the pinnacle of her profession.

Florian Garibay

Makeup Artist, Patient Coordinator & Aesthetician

Florian began her career in the beauty industry over a decade ago. Her passion for esthetics and skincare emerged during her studies at the Aveda Institute, where she discovered a natural aptitude for makeup artistry. Throughout the years, she refined her abilities by collaborating with esteemed cosmetic companies and freelancing across various cosmetic lines. Florian views makeup as both an art and a science, a philosophy that underpins her method of providing personalized and luxurious beauty services. She specializes in diverse makeup applications and skincare preparation, emphasizing techniques tailored to individual features for optimal results. With more than eight years in cosmetics counter management and two years of teaching classes with 8-12 students, Florian has demonstrated both patience and expertise. Her varied experiences have equipped her with the skills necessary to foster a harmonious workplace culture and environment.

Jordan Bass, BSN, RN

Meet Jordan, a Registered Nurse based in Brock, TX, with a rich background in Labor and Delivery. Her exploration into the world of aesthetics stemmed from a passion for the artistry and science that celebrates individuality and enhances natural beauty.

Outside of her professional life, Jordan enjoys staying active through Pilates and spending quality time outdoors with her husband and their two very busy toddlers.

Stacy Kirkpatrick

Lead Aesthetician

Stacy brings over 15 years of experience to the skincare industry, driven by a genuine passion for helping clients reflect their inner beauty through their outer appearance. Specializing in services such as lash treatments, facials, laser procedures, and waxing, Stacy is committed to delivering education and skill at the highest quality. Her focus is on creating a harmonious balance between relaxation and education, ensuring that every client leaves feeling completely satisfied with their care.

Among her specialties are infusion treatments, Hydrafacials, lash lifts, and full body waxing. Stacy graduated from the prestigious Ogle School of Hair, Skin, and Nails, and is certified in Laser Resurfacing, Hydrafacial, Intracuticals Infusion Treatment, and Skin Pen.

What truly sets Stacy apart is her holistic approach to skincare, viewing it as more than just treating surface blemishes. She collaborates with her clients to develop personalized plans aimed at repairing existing damage, preventing future issues, and allowing for graceful aging. Each session is designed to be an enlightening experience, blending relaxation with essential education to empower clients to continue their skincare routines confidently at home. With a solid foundation from the University of North Texas and currently pursuing advanced studies in nursing at WGU, Cassandra brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic precision to the world of aesthetics. As a certified laser technician and medical assistant specializing in injectables, [he/she/they] is dedicated to transforming lives through beauty and wellness. Cassandra’s passion lies in crafting personalized treatments that not only enhance natural beauty, but also boost confidence, ensuring every patient feels radiant and empowered.

Britany Owens

Master Aesthetician, Laser Technician & Cosmetic Injector

Britany Owens, a distinguished graduate of Rogers State University, possesses a profound passion for the aesthetics industry and its vast offerings. She holds licenses as a Master Aesthetician and Laser Technician, along with certifications as a Cosmetic Injector and PMU Artist. Britany is dedicated to bringing smiles to her patients’ faces, believing that this is the epitome of true success. She is committed to empowering each client through education and discussion. Her goal is to enhance natural beauty and bring it to light. During consultations, Britany will discuss clients’ concerns and tailor a personal treatment plan that meets their unique needs. She looks forward to meeting new clients at the Southlake or Aubrey location.

Zarah Manzi

Massage Therapist

Zarah, a licensed massage therapist, boasts extensive training from a prestigious medical university. She specializes in various modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic massage, and cupping, and has dedicated her career to alleviating pain and promoting wellness. Zarah discovered her passion for massage in the fifth grade and has since honed her skills and knowledge, even taking on leadership roles to train fellow therapists. With a genuine commitment to helping others, she strives to make a positive impact on her clients’ lives through her healing touch.

Molly Harris

APRN, FNP-C, Cosmetic Injector, Hormone Expert

Molly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with expertise in aesthetics, hormone replacement care, and weight loss management. She graduated magna cum laude with her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University. She is affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners and is a Biote Medical Certified Practitioner. Before joining The Aesthetics Society, Molly gained experience in acute care, internal medicine, aesthetics, and hormone replacement care.

In her role as a nurse practitioner, Molly aims to establish supportive and caring relationships with each patient. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and discussion, striving to enhance their natural beauty and promote a happy, healthy lifestyle. During consultations, Molly addresses patient concerns and tailors treatment plans to ensure they look and feel their best.

Outside of her professional life, Molly is married to her college sweetheart and is the mother of three active young boys. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and fully embraces her role as a “boy mom,” attending soccer, football, lacrosse, and basketball games.
