Molly Harris

APRN, FNP-C, Cosmetic Injector, Hormone Expert

Molly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in aesthetics, hormone replacement care, and weight loss management. She graduated magna cum laude with her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Health & exercise science from Colorado State University. Molly is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners. She is also a Biote Medical Certified Practitioner. Prior to joining The Aesthetics Society, her experience includes: acute care, internal medicine, aesthetics, and hormone replacement care. 

As a nurse practitioner, her goal is to establish a relationship with each patient in a supportive and caring environment. Molly loves empowering her patients through education and discussion. Her goal is to enhance the patient’s natural beauty they already have and help them live a happy and healthier life! During the consultation, Molly will discuss patient concerns and tailor a treatment plan that is sure to have the patient looking and feeling their best!

Molly is married to her college sweetheart and is a mother to three active, young boys. In her free time, you will find her hiking or camping, reading, and embracing life as a boy mom at all soccer/football/lacrosse/basketball games.

Alecia Delaney-Baker, APRN, FNP-C, CANS

Alecia Delaney Baker is the Founder of The Aesthetics Society and an Aesthetics Nurse Injector with over a decade of experience in this industry. Alecia had a vision over a decade ago to bring you the most exclusive setting for all your wellness and cosmetic needs. Alecia is a skilled artist of facial features and key beauty enhancements. With expertise in non-surgical facial cosmetic injections of the highest quality with a background in plastic surgery and total wellness. Areas of expertise include all injectable portfolios while combining art + science to equal your reality. Alecia has completed the requirements to reach Certified Aesthetics Nurse Specialist and has attained proficiency in many combination laser treatments. Her desire to offer premium care at the highest level for patients fuels her passion for continuing education in the robust and ever-changing field of medical aesthetics. Achieving an Aesthetics license in 2005, Alecia immediately focused on establishing a career in Medical Aesthetics and is at the top of her profession and nationally recognized as an Advanced Injectable Trainer for multiple companies.

Hi, my name is Stacy. I’ve been in the skincare industry for 15yrs. I have a true passion for helping others mirror their inner beauty with their outer. Whether it’s lashes, facials, laser or waxing education and skill at the highest quality is always my goal. Creating a balance between relaxation and education to make my clients feel completely satisfied in their care is especially important to me. Building long-lasting relationships with my clients are part of why I continue to enjoy getting to do what I do.

A few of my specialties include- Infusion treatments, Hydrafacials, lash lifts, full body waxing I graduated from Ogle School of Hair, Skin, and Nails Certified in Laser Resurfacing, Hydrafacial, Intracuticals Infusion Treatment, Skin Pen

What sets me apart from other facialists is my belief that skincare is much more than correcting blemishes on the surface. Together we will create a plan to repair the damage, prevent further skincare issues and allow aging to happen gracefully. Our time together will be a balance of relaxation and education to give you the key steps to continue your own skincare routine from facial room to the comforts of your own home.

Massage Therapist

Zarah is a licensed massage therapist with extensive training from a prestigious medical university. Specializing in various modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic massage, and cupping, she has dedicated her career to alleviating pain and promoting wellness. Zarah discovered her passion for massage in the fifth grade, and since then, she has honed her skills and knowledge, even taking on leadership roles to train fellow therapists. With a genuine commitment to helping others, Zarah strives to make a positive impact on her clients’ lives through her healing touch.

Veronica Valadez, BSN-RN

Hi beautiful people! I would love to introduce myself:  My name is Veronica and over the past 25 years I have had the privilege of working in some form of healthcare.  I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and prior to joining The Aesthetics Society I had the privilege of working in the CVICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Pre-op Unit, and PACU. 

I decided to start a career in aesthetics nursing for multiple reasons.  I began to have a desire to learn more about the artistry and its effects on patients.  Being involved in individual journeys provided me joy; I was able to see how aesthetics not only can change the physical, but also how it positively affects mental health and improves overall esteem.  My goal is to provide you with individualized care, help build confidence, and enhance your natural beauty.  I value relationships that revolve around support, listening, education, and an all-around caring experience.  I look forward to being part of your aesthetics journey! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  I enjoy a great movie and a day of fishing.  I have been married to my husband for almost 20 years and we have two beautiful teenagers.

Meet Stephanie… A born and raised native of Texas who now resides in Waco. Stephanie began her career in 2003 after completing UT Houston School of Nursing and obtaining her RN-BSN. She has been a health and fitness enthusiast for over 30 years, and her love for it drives her passion to be the best version of herself and help others do the same. Stephanie has been a personal trainer and has witnessed first-hand the transformation that takes place in her clients, loving to help others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.

Stephanie decided to expand upon this love and realized that aesthetic nursing was where she could connect her love of nursing with her love of helping others feel their very best. She has invested countless hours perfecting her craft so that her clients receive only the very best outcome. She also enjoys using the knowledge she has gained to educate her clients on their overall treatment plan. Stephanie takes great pride in providing her clients with the most comfortable and friendly atmosphere, emphasizing individualized care and empowering each person to feel beautiful within their own skin, while maintaining their natural beauty and uniqueness.

When Stephanie is not administering expert care to her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 23 years, their 3 children, and 2 fur babies.

Beyond the world of aesthetics, I enjoy being active by practicing Pilates and exploring outdoors with my husband and our two very busy toddlers.

My goal as a nurse has always been to make sure my patients feel heard, valued, understood, and comfortable. I am originally from Baton Rouge, LA, but am now a Texas Girl. My family and I live in Sanger, TX, and my son will be a SHS grad in 2025! I have been a Registered Nurse since 2012, working in L&D and Women’s Health. My passion is caring for women throughout all stages of life. The Aesthetics Society allows me to help women look and feel their best through aesthetics and wellness. I feel very fortunate to have received comprehensive training and education from Alecia and The Aesthetics Society. I look forward to meeting new patients at the Aubrey location!

Florian embarked on her journey in the beauty industry more than 10 years ago. Her interest in esthetics and skincare blossomed while she was studying at the Aveda Institute. It was during this time that she discovered her innate talent for makeup artistry. Over the years, Florian has honed her skills while working with renowned cosmetic companies and freelancing for multiple cosmetics lines. She firmly believes that makeup is both an art form and a science, and this belief forms the foundation of her approach to delivering personalized and luxurious beauty services. Florian specializes in various makeup applications and skincare preparation, with a strong emphasis on tailoring techniques to individual features to achieve the best results. With over 8 years of experience in cosmetics counter management and 2 years of managing and conducting a classroom, where she taught classes with 8-12 students at a time, Florian has demonstrated both patience and expertise. Her experience has equipped her with the knowledge to create a harmonious workplace culture and environment.
