Molly Harris

APRN, FNP-C, Cosmetic Injector, Hormone Expert

Molly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with expertise in aesthetics, hormone replacement care, and weight loss management. She graduated magna cum laude with her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University. She is affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners and is a Biote Medical Certified Practitioner. Before joining The Aesthetics Society, Molly gained experience in acute care, internal medicine, aesthetics, and hormone replacement care.

In her role as a nurse practitioner, Molly aims to establish supportive and caring relationships with each patient. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and discussion, striving to enhance their natural beauty and promote a happy, healthy lifestyle. During consultations, Molly addresses patient concerns and tailors treatment plans to ensure they look and feel their best.

Outside of her professional life, Molly is married to her college sweetheart and is the mother of three active young boys. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and fully embraces her role as a “boy mom,” attending soccer, football, lacrosse, and basketball games.

As a National Aesthetics Trainer, Alecia shares her knowledge and techniques with fellow professionals, ensuring the next generation of injectors continues to raise the standard in patient care and results.

Stacy brings over 15 years of experience to the skincare industry, driven by a genuine passion for helping clients reflect their inner beauty through their outer appearance. Specializing in services such as lash treatments, facials, laser procedures, and waxing, Stacy is committed to delivering education and skill at the highest quality. Her focus is on creating a harmonious balance between relaxation and education, ensuring that every client leaves feeling completely satisfied with their care.

Among her specialties are infusion treatments, Hydrafacials, lash lifts, and full body waxing. Stacy graduated from the prestigious Ogle School of Hair, Skin, and Nails, and is certified in Laser Resurfacing, Hydrafacial, Intracuticals Infusion Treatment, and Skin Pen.

What truly sets Stacy apart is her holistic approach to skincare, viewing it as more than just treating surface blemishes. She collaborates with her clients to develop personalized plans aimed at repairing existing damage, preventing future issues, and allowing for graceful aging. Each session is designed to be an enlightening experience, blending relaxation with essential education to empower clients to continue their skincare routines confidently at home. Building long-lasting relationships with her clients continues to fuel her passion and dedication to her craft.

Zarah Manzi

Massage Therapist

Zarah, a licensed massage therapist, boasts extensive training from a prestigious medical university. She specializes in various modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic massage, and cupping, and has dedicated her career to alleviating pain and promoting wellness. Zarah discovered her passion for massage in the fifth grade and has since honed her skills and knowledge, even taking on leadership roles to train fellow therapists. With a genuine commitment to helping others, she strives to make a positive impact on her clients’ lives through her healing touch.

Veronica Valadez, BSN-RN

Clinical Coordinator & Aesthetics Nurse Injector

Veronica is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in various healthcare roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and has a rich background working in the CVICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Pre-op Unit, and PACU before joining The Aesthetics Society.

Her decision to pursue a career in aesthetics nursing was driven by her desire to learn more about the artistry involved and its profound effects on patients. Veronica finds immense joy in being part of individual journeys, witnessing how aesthetics can transform not only the physical appearance but also boost mental health and self-esteem. Her goal is to offer individualized care, foster confidence, and enhance natural beauty with a focus on supportive relationships, attentive listening, education, and a nurturing experience.

Veronica is eager to be a part of your aesthetics journey and is grateful for the trust placed in her care.

Outside of her professional commitments, Veronica enjoys quality time with family and friends, watching a great movie, and spending a relaxing day fishing. She shares a nearly 20-year marriage with her husband, and together they have two wonderful teenagers.

Stephanie Boone, BSN, RN

Meet Stephanie… A born and raised native of Texas who now resides in Waco.

Stephanie began her career in 2003 after completing UT Houston School of Nursing and obtaining her RN-BSN. Stephanie has been a health and fitness enthusiast for over 30 years, and her love for it is what drives her passion to be the best version of herself and helping others to do the same. Stephanie has been a personal trainer and has witnessed first-hand the transformation that takes place in her clients and loves to help others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.

Stephanie decided to expand upon this love and realized that aesthetic nursing was where she could connect her love of nursing with her love of helping others feel their very best. She has invested countless hours perfecting her craft so that her clients receive only the very best outcome. She also loves utilizing the knowledge she has gained to educate her clients on the overall treatment plan. Stephanie takes great pride in providing her clients with the most comfortable and friendly atmosphere that emphasizes individualized care and empowers each person to feel beautiful within their own skin, while maintaining their natural beauty and uniqueness.

When Stephanie is not administering expert care to her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 23 years, their 3 children, and 2 fur babies.

Meet Jordan, a Registered Nurse based in Brock, TX, with a rich background in Labor and Delivery. Her exploration into the world of aesthetics stemmed from a passion for the artistry and science that celebrates individuality and enhances natural beauty.

Outside of her professional life, Jordan enjoys staying active through Pilates and spending quality time outdoors with her husband and their two very busy toddlers.

Jordan’s primary goal as a nurse is to ensure that her patients feel heard, valued, understood, and comfortable. She is committed not only to delivering exceptional results but also to creating an experience where her patients feel empowered in their aesthetic choices. Emily Howell, BSN, RN

Originally from Baton Rouge, LA, she is now proud to call Texas her home. Residing in Sanger, TX, her family is excited for her son to graduate from SHS in 2025. Since 2012, she has been a dedicated Registered Nurse, specializing in Labor & Delivery and Women’s Health. Her passion is providing care to women through all stages of life. The Aesthetics Society offers her the opportunity to assist women in looking and feeling their best through aesthetics and wellness. She feels fortunate to have received comprehensive training and education from Alecia and The Aesthetics Society. She eagerly anticipates meeting new patients at the Aubrey location!

Britany Owens, a distinguished graduate of Rogers State University, possesses a profound passion for the aesthetics industry and its vast offerings. She holds licenses as a Master Aesthetician and Laser Technician, along with certifications as a Cosmetic Injector and PMU Artist. Britany is dedicated to bringing smiles to her patients’ faces, believing that this is the epitome of true success. She is committed to empowering each client through education and discussion. Her goal is to enhance natural beauty and bring it to light. During consultations, Britany will discuss clients’ concerns and tailor a personal treatment plan that meets their unique needs. Florian began her career in the beauty industry over a decade ago. Her passion for esthetics and skincare emerged during her studies at the Aveda Institute, where she discovered a natural aptitude for makeup artistry. Throughout the years, she refined her abilities by collaborating with esteemed cosmetic companies and freelancing across various cosmetic lines. Florian views makeup as both an art and a science, a philosophy that underpins her method of providing personalized and luxurious beauty services. She specializes in diverse makeup applications and skincare preparation, emphasizing techniques tailored to individual features for optimal results. With more than eight years in cosmetics counter management and two years of teaching classes with 8-12 students, Florian has demonstrated both patience and expertise. Her varied experiences have equipped her with the skills necessary to foster a harmonious workplace culture and environment.

Although her name is Priscilla, her friends and family lovingly call her “Pila” because of her vibrant energy! She recently moved from Fort Worth from Houston and has embraced the country lifestyle. With over a decade of experience in the medical field, patient care is her passion and priority. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new coffee shops

Jodelle loves to help her clients build confidence focusing on enhancing their natural beauty through medical aesthetics. She loves educating patients on treatments and listening to their concerns with a full facial assessment to help patients reach their aesthetic goals. Jodelle brings over 19 years of nursing experience in aesthetics, neonatal intensive care, and women’s health. Safety is her #1 priority as well as ongoing education in the latest medical aesthetic techniques such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers. When she’s not injecting, Jodelle loves traveling and spending time with her family and sweet Goldendoodle, Winston.

With over 13 years of experience as a master lash artist and permanent makeup specialist, I’m dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and helping my clients look and feel their best. I’m thrilled to be joining a team that values creativity, quality, and patient satisfaction. When I’m not perfecting lashes or brows, I’m spending quality time with my three kids & husband, indulging in Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, or savoring a glass of fine red wine.

As a proud mom of six incredible adult kids—three boys and three girls—and have been happily married for over 15 years. Christina has shared her home with three beloved fur babies and began our journey in Chicago, now calling Texas home. Her love for all things food-related fuels her passion for cooking, exploring new flavors, and enjoying meals with friends. Christina cherishes long walks, romantic comedies, and the time spent with family and friends. Her passion for skincare blossomed in her childhood, inspired by her mom’s 25-year career as a makeup artist.
