Company Policies
Arrival/Lateness Policy
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointments, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your consultation time and treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the $100 or $50 cancellation policy will apply depending on your provider. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your account or card will be charged a $100 fee.
No-Show or No-Call Policy
Clients will be required to pay a $100 no show fee. We will flag your account and you will no longer be able to book appointments until the no show fee is paid in full. This no show fee can NOT be applied towards future appointments. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until that is complete.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
The Aesthetics Society requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
We will send text or call reminder 48 hour in advance to remind you of your appointments. Additionally, our scheduling system will send you an email 5 days prior to your appointment automatically if we have your email on file. We encourage you to contact us directly by phone when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Facebook or instagram messaging is NOT an accepted method of canceling or rescheduling. Please understand these appointments are very difficult to refill last minute or within only 48 hours notice. Last minute cancellations directly affect our providers livelihood so please schedule wisely.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled after the 48 hour cutoff with Alecia will incur $100 charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled after the 48 hour cutoff with all other providers will incur $50 charge.
If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until payment is receive.
**If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required .**
