Late arrivals will limit the time of your consultation time and treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the $100 or $50 cancellation policy will apply depending on your provider. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your account or card will be charged a $100 fee.
